Kstar99 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

Section 1 Definitions & Scope

In these kstar99 Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

Section 3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) kstar99 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any funds held therein.

By registering, you agree to:

Section 4 Deposits & Payments

Kstar99 accepts deposits via legitimate and recognised Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted deposit methods:

• GrabPay – instant deposit, minimum RM20
• DuitNow – instant transfer via phone number or business ID

Kstar99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are outside kstar99's control.

Section 5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Kstar99 members may withdraw their winnings at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• All wagering requirements attached to received bonuses have been fully met.
• The account's KYC process has been successfully completed.
• No fraud investigation or terms violation inquiry is currently active on the account in question.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set (minimum RM50 per withdrawal).

• Live Casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in the casino studio, with no interference from kstar99.
• Slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by algorithms that have received independent third-party certification for fairness.
• Sports and e-sports betting outcomes are determined by the actual results of the relevant events, based on official rulings from recognised sports governing bodies.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, kstar99 will attempt to restore the game session to its last verified state. If restoration is not possible, any bet in progress may be voided and the funds returned.

Section 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the kstar99 platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and freezing of funds:

• The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technological tools to play games automatically or to exploit the kstar99 system.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or manipulating the system.
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or payment method without their valid authorisation.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the kstar99 platform.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit odds discrepancies for risk-free winnings.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the security systems of the kstar99 platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about kstar99 to third parties.
• Accessing the kstar99 platform from regions prohibited by local law or kstar99's own policies.
• Any form of fraud involving false chargebacks filed with a payment method provider.

Section 9 Account Closure & Suspension

Kstar99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Withdrawal requests that are suspicious or inconsistent with deposit patterns.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities.

Members may also close their kstar99 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within two business days. Should any dispute arise between a member and kstar99, the following procedure will be followed:

1. Members must submit a written complaint to the kstar99 support team via email at support@kstar99.xyz within 30 days of the date of the incident giving rise to the dispute.
2. Kstar99 will investigate complaints and provide a response within 14 working days.
3. Should internal resolution fail, either party may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution mechanism designated by the relevant regulatory authority.

All betting records, transactions, and communications retained by kstar99 are considered valid and accurate evidence for the purposes of dispute resolution, unless there is compelling evidence to the contrary.
